WHEN WILL TICKETS GO ON SALE FOR VOL.4?
Friday 1st March 2024 at 09:00am (gmt!)

WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY TICKETS? 
Once you have purchased your tickets you will receive an email confirmation with a booking reference and a barcode, either print this out or have it on your phone (we do not send physical tickets in the post.) If you do not receive you ticket for any reason please email us at info(at)hiddennotes.co.uk.

DO I NEED TO EXCHANGE MY TICKET FOR A WRISTBAND?
Yes! Visit the BOX office at Lansdown Hall (OPEN FROM 09:30 -21:00 on SATURday and Sunday) when you arrive and you will be given a wristband.

IS THERE A FULL TIMETABLE/SCHEDULE AND VENUE MAP AVAILABLE YET?
NOt yet! but it will be soon and emailed to all ticket holders…

CAN I BRING A MINOR?
Hidden Notes is not a child oriented event. Tickets are available for 12-18’s but please note that they must be purchased at full ticket value by an adult and be accompanied by a parent oR guardian at all times. Parents or guardians are fully responsible for their children throughout the festival

CAN I BRING MY PET?
No animals (except guide dogs) are permitted in the venuES

CAN I CANCEL, RETURN OR GET A REFUND ON MY TICKET?
LIKE MANY OTHER FESTIVALS AND CONCERT VENUES UNFORTUNATELY purchased tickets and booking fees cannot be refunded. We recommend you try and pass these onto a friend/family member or via twickets. Please note we advise you not to buy tickets from strangers on social media as most of these are fake, cannot be verified and will not give you entry to the festival.

WHAT IF YOU HAVE TO CANCEL THE FESTIVAL?
in the event of the festival being cancelled a full refund will be offered.

IF I HAVE A DISABILITY IS THIS EVENT SUITABLE FOR ME?

IS IT A SEATED CONCERT?
The concerts in St Laurence Church is half seated/half standing. Seats are prioritised for those who need them. If you would like to secure a seat due to health reasons please email info(at)hiddennotes.co.uk and we can arrange this for you.

CAN I GET INTO EVERY EVENT WITH MY TICKET?
the extra events - including Film Screenings/ Book Talks/Lates [At] HN/BREAKFAST CLUB/RECORD SHOP SESSIONS - have limited capacity so if there is something you really want to catch we recommend arriving ahead of time to secure a place! The doors for most events are opened a bit earlier  to allow enough time to grab a drink and find a space before it starts.

LINE-UP CHANGES
In the event of a change to the line-up due to circumstances beyond our control Hidden Notes reserves the right to add, withdraw or substitute artists and to vary the advertised programme and timings without being liable to refund or exchange tickets. 

WHERE CAN WE GET FOOD? We have two food vendors outside the main concerts in the church on saturday and sunday! the festival takes place in the centre of stroud where there is a wide option for food:
the stroud hotel (sat 12-10pm/sun 12-8pm) the retreat (sat lunch 9am-3pm), curio lounge (open all day sat-sun) , five valleys food court (sat 10am-5pm/sun 11am-4pm), falfael mama (SAT 11am-4pm), little ginger (sat 9am-4pm), woodruffs (sat 8am-5pm/sun 9:30am-3pm), star anise (sat 8:30am-3:30pm), the yard cafe, galgos latino (Sat 5-9pm), crust issues pizza (sat 5-10pm), rajdoot (sat-sun 5-10:30pm), the corner house (sat 12pm-12am/sun 12-5pm), sorrento (sat 12-3pm + 5-11:30pm/sun 12-3pm + 5-10pm), karibu (sat 12:30-3pm + 5:30-10pm), spice lounge (sat-sun 5-10pm), bengal balti (sat-sun 5-11pm), fat toni’s pizza (sat 12-9:30pm/sun 3:30-9pm), Simpsons fish and chips (sat 12-2pm + 4:30-8:30pm), greggs (sat 7am-6pm/sun 8am-5pm), The ale house (sat 11am-12am/sun 12-11pm), cafe max (sat 8am-6pm/sun 9am-4pm)
